The dedicated, compassionate staff at Hathaway-Sycamores’ residential campus are deeply committed to helping the boys who live there. It turns out they are an extremely creative group too!

Thanks to the generosity of Whole Foods Market, the group had the opportunity to display some of their talent at the annual El Nido Pumpkin Carving Contest. Click here for a coupon for Whole Foods Market.

The friendly rivalry produced a variety of inspired jack-o’-lanterns, from the very spooky to a display of team spirit. This year’s first place winner was an imaginative representation of a Volkswagen.

Other Halloween festivities on campus included a scary haunted house put together by the amazing staff. The boys shared the experience with visiting girls from Rosemary Children’s Services and Maryvale. The girls joined the boys at El Nido to celebrate the holiday with dinner and a dance before venturing into the haunted house. The group had a scary good time!
