Voices from the Heart…
This report summarizes findings for the 2008-2009 fiscal year. We asked youth and families at Hathaway-Sycamores to tell us what matters the most when it comes to measuring outcomes. They told us about the real-world outcomes that are the most important to them, like living at home together as a family, being happy, getting good grades, findings jobs, and feeling respected and valued while receiving services. In the following pages we highlight the outcomes that make a difference to our youth and families, and share their stories in their own voices.
