Thank you to all of our friends and supporters for the incredible support of our 11th Annual Celebrating Children Spring Gala. We truly appreciate your commitment to the 14,000 children, adults and families we serve!

As information and stories related to the public health risks from the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in large public gatherings continue to unfold, it is our responsibility to take preventative steps to help individuals and our communities at large.  For that reason, we have made the decision to postpone our Gala which was scheduled for March 28, 2020.  Please be on the lookout for a new Save the Date, we anticipate a Fall 2020 event.

At our core, we are a behavioral health care organization, and we have been proactively implementing an array of preventative efforts and procedures to help keep our employees, children, adults and families we serve safe.  It is critical that at this time we provide resources and comforts that our children, families and adults might need outside of our normal services.  In many cases, we are their safety net.  As such, we are making significant investments in ensuring continuity of our services despite potential risks. That is our mission and that is what we do.

We have two incredibly special honorees this year, long term Board member and philanthropist Elizabeth Hoxworth and Los Angeles County Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas. Please rest assured that we are not cancelling but postponing and look forward to honoring these remarkable individuals at a future date. For those who purchased sponsorships, tributes and/or tickets, all will be honored then.

We sincerely hope that everyone stays healthy and well. Thank you so much for your support.
