Hathaway-Sycamores Message from CEO

We are deeply saddened by the senseless violence that occurred in Atlanta, GA this week, which resulted in numbers of lives lost, primarily Asian/Pacific Islanders.

This comes on the heels of an unprecedented year where we have witnessed rising numbers of hate crimes and violence perpetrated against Asian/Pacific Islander (API) individuals. We join our leaders and allies across all communities to condemn these hateful acts that are targeting APIs and speak against those who act to tear the very fabric of American society.

As we reflect on the horrific events of this past week and year, it is our hope that we will continue to work together as individuals, as a community and as a nation to prevent racialized crimes like this from happening again and press on toward change for a greater UNITED America.

It is truly our diversity which unites and enriches us all and is something that we at Hathaway-Sycamores will continue to work to preserve and celebrate.

Debra Manners, Hathaway-Sycamores President and CEO, and the Hathaway-Sycamores Executive Leadership Team
