I could not be more thrilled to welcome the class of ’18-’19 Board members,” shared Ms. Hoxworth. “Each brings wonderful skills and gifts to the Board that have already assisted with the Board of Directors’ support of the important work done by Hathaway-Sycamores Child and Family Services.”

New members come to Hathaway-Sycamores’ Board at a critical moment as the agency embarks on implementing an innovative 3-year strategic plan. Hathaway-Sycamores has been serving children and families for more than 116 years in Los Angeles, and the San Fernando, San Gabriel and Antelope Valleys, and aims to continue to expand its impact through four key initiatives including increasing the amount of permanent supportive housing available to Transition Age Youth, individuals ages of 18-24 who are particularly vulnerable to homelessness.
