Outpatient Mental Health

Individual, family and group therapy for children and youth (ages 0-25). These preventive services promote positive social and emotional well-being to individuals and their families for the purpose of overcoming challenging circumstances related to depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflicts, behavior challenges and trauma. These services are individualized to fit each family’s  need and preference, with a variety of Evidence Based Practice (EBP) Models. Services are available to families on site, in the community or in the home. EBP Models currently available include:

  • Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP)
  • Incredible Years (IY)
  • Managing and Adaptive Practices (MAP)
  • Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
  • Seeking Safety (SS)
  • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
  • Positive Parenting Program (PPP)
